Payments & Deposits
Bookings are calculated from base to base, which is Annaharvey, Tullamore, Co Offaly. A deposit of 50% is required upon booking. The balance to be paid strictly 7 days prior to the date of hire. Provisional bookings are not binding and assumed to have been canceled unless a deposit is received within 14 days of the booking date. All major credit cards accepted.
Cancellations
If the customer cancels a booking within 48 hours from the date of hire, 50% of monies paid is non-refundable. If the customer cancels a booking within 24 hours from the date of hire, 100% of monies paid is non-refundable. All monies paid are non-refundable if the customer does not show up on the day of hire.
Terms and Conditions
Annaharvey Chauffeur Service will not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage to property left in our vehicles by the customer.
Customers will find our cars in pristine condition. If any damage is caused by the customer to the interior or exterior of our cars on hire, they will be charged accordingly to reinstate the cars to their original condition.
Annaharvey Chauffeur Service reserves the right to change the chauffeur or vehicle at any time if deemed necessary.
A strict no-smoking policy applies in all our cars.
Annaharvey Chauffeur Service may refuse, at its discretion, any booking without reason and also reserves the right to refuse to carry any passengers that are under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour might pose a threat to the chauffeur or the vehicle.
All our vehicles are maintained to a very high standard and in the unlikely event of your chosen car being unavailable, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, all efforts will be made to provide a suitable replacement.
If a customer requests our chauffeur to “wait a while” and a parking ticket is incurred by our chauffeur, then this cost will be passed on to the customer.
Also any tolls or car parking tickets received while our cars are on hire, are charged at cost accordingly.
If a customer requests a different / longer route on the day of hire other than what was originally agreed at the time of booking, then the customer will be charged accordingly.
Annaharvey Chauffeur Service will not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage to property left in our vehicles by the customer. It is the customers responsiblity to check that all belongings are loaded into the vehicle before departure.
